These are pretty good. My husband is bugging me to order more. Each packet has (I think) 6 grams of protein, and has a nice flavor. The combination of spices is not hot spicy, but it is a fairly strong and unique flavor that some may not like. I think it is agreeable though. I like the crunchiness of it and the fact that there is real sustenance to it. Much better than something like Fritos.

This product also makes a great "nest" for stir fried veggies! I LOVE the chickpea noodles and would even consider buying a can full of just those!

Just tried this product today and am thrilled with it. A very good crunch that added a lot to my lunchtime salad. I have to be gluten free, and have missed the crunch that croutons and chow mein noodles add to a salad. This provides both + it is a much healthier option. As a diabetic, I also appreciate the 0 sugar content. As a gluten free cook I've always felt bad serving salads without any crunchy topping, including our family favorite recipe for "nutty, crunchy salad," but no more, thanks to Sheffa, and gopicnic for introducing me to this product.
